THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO UNTAP YOUR POTENTIAL
#SalesPerformanceTracker
Twenty-five years in sales is a long time. I’ve seen a thing or two in my day. Starting my career in Sales Operations, I honed my analytical skills by supporting large sales organizations in the hospitality, biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical publishing industries.
From account and territory planning to designing and calculating commission plans to analyzing thousands of lines of data in Excel, I married my analytical mind with my love for the sales process.
When I pivoted from Sales Operations to selling SaaS in 2016, I developed this Sales Performance Tracker to use every year to quantify my progress. My sales reps had a similar version they updated regularly making their QBR decks easy to populate.

#FridayFunFacts
Google Sheet download includes 52 weeks of 260 questions designed to engage and learn more about your team. Perfect for remote and hybrid sales teams! Here’s the background:
When I led my sales teams, one of the tools I used to get to know one another better over time was Friday Fun Facts.
✅ Create a GoogleSheet with each person’s name along the top columns. This will be where they enter their answers each week.
✅ On Mondays, craft up 5 questions for them to answer. The first column will be a rolling list of 5 questions you add to the GoogleSheet each week.
✅ Attach the GoogleSheet link in a calendar invite for 12 noon on Fridays so it’s an occurring meeting on their calendar. Most will complete well before Friday.
✅ Enjoy learning more about your team each and every week as they complete the questions. Best part…seeing your team connect on things they probably never would have known about one another.
#30DayChallenge
Some of the most important lessons I learned in leadership began during my childhood as I watched my dad’s prolific career blossom as a public school administrator. Superintendents of schools are CEOs leading teachers, parents, and students in a vision embraced by the local community.
While I chose to lead in sales organizations vs. school districts, I leaned on these lessons to build trust, empathy, and authenticity with my prospects, customers, and sales teams.
This #30DayChallenge was a personal LinkedIn initiative I wrote in the fall of 2019, several months after my dad passed away from his long battle with Alzheimer’s.
A few of my favorite lessons include “Inspect What You Expect” and “Praise in Public, Redirect in Private.” Download the stories behind these lessons and more!
